          Ben 10: Alien Force is the second series in the Ben 10 franchise, which occurs 5 years after the events of the Original Series, where Ben had grown up and become a teenager. His character had changed drastically, as he had become more mature and knew the risks and responsibilities of being a hero better than he did as a child.          This post is not to say which character is stronger. But just to explain how Ben would defeat Thanos in a fight.      We will not be considering Alien X and Ultimate Ben because they are too powerful and, at their full potential, would beat Thanos easily.         For those who don't know who Ultimate Ben is, he is an alternate future version of 10,000 with the abilities of all his aliens in his human form.. Without having to transform anymore.. So it would be like a million heroes fighting Thanos at once..     Ben's greatest weapon is the Omnitrix, he's not completely useless without it, as we have seen him fight without it once or twice.
